Return Process

  Log into your OXXO account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with their original tags in the original packaging or a secure box to ensure they arrive back in perfect condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
